The City of Miami and Miami- Dade County bring citizens the 311 Call Center.

311 is a customer service and information center for City of Miami and Miami Dade County, where individuals can easily access their local government. If you need general information or to request a city service, JUST DIAL 311. (out of area dial 888-311-Dade, TDD users dial 305 468-5402) .If you are requesting service you will receive a tracking number and a time commitment from the department advising when the request will be completed. You can also call 311 to get an update on your request. Remember, simply dial 311, you will always speak to a live representative, who is just waiting to assist you, Monday through Friday from 8:00am-8:00pm. Assistance is available in English, Spanish and Creole.

3. SOLID WASTE
Issues such as: Missed- Garbage Pick-up, Missed Trash Pick Up, Missed Recycling Pick-up (You can also find out when your scheduled pick up day is)
